RETREAT 8.

These retreats are designed to help us be intentional about being vulnerable. We are offering the retreat both virtually (zoom) and in-person in (Los Angeles). Please note: In order to attend in person you must 1) be able to attend in LA, 2) present a negative COVID test taken with 3 days of the retreat. If you need a suggestion on where to get tested, we will help.

During the retreats, we become open to discussing topics that we wouldn’t normally discuss unsolicited. The topics of each retreat are in tune with the topics that we are covering in our journal and podcast each month.

When you RSVP, we’ll send you 4-5 “STRETCH. QUESTIONS” that will give you insight on what you can be reflecting on. You don’t need to prepare or bring anything to the retreats, just show up.

During the retreat, you’ll hear from 1-2 women about their journey with the topic and then we’ll break up into more intimate groups for 1 hour, where you will get to discuss what you are feeling, experiencing, and learning about yourself. You’ll also have space to ask questions, any questions, the questions that you wouldn’t normally ask.
