CORE VALUES

THESE VALUES ARE AT THE FOUNDATION OF HOW WE SERVE THE WOMEN OF OUR COMMUNITY.

I.

VULNERABILITY

To show up, in whatever state you are in, no matter the risk. Vulnerability is showing up as you are in your most authentic form, being able to experience every emotion fully understanding that you are loved, accepted and not judged.

II.

HONESTY

To communicate freely and transparently the truth of what is happening in you or around you. Being honest requires us to make a decision to be transparent in our communication, responsible for our actions, and at times, vulnerable.

III.

HONOR

To give high respect and esteem to everyone, no matter who they are, what they feel, and what their background might be, regardless of your agreement. To give honor is to release the prideful stance that "I'm right". It is to respect that someone has a different experience than you do and that your experience is not more correct than theirs.

IV.

ACCOUNTABILITY

To come alongside one another, filling in the gaps where we may be struggling and being open to having the hard conversations. Accountability starts with you. We have to be able to first look at our own actions and acknowledge what we have done to impact a situation or space, before looking outwardly towards others. It is both welcomed and expected for us to hold one another accountable.
