Virtual Retreat
These retreats are designed to help us be intentional about being vulnerable. During the retreat, we will be discussing topics that we wouldn’t normally discuss unsolicited.
When you RSVP, we’ll send you a confirmation email. You don’t need to prepare or bring anything to the retreat (maybe a journal/pen), just show up.

STRETCH. DAY 1
Four times throughout the year we host STRETCH. Days. These are days that we meet up at the park, the beach, or other outdoor locations. This retreat is great to just get out and be in a setting with other women. We usually will engage in an icebreaker-style activity that is connected to the heart and sharing beneath the surface experiences with one another, not too deep though. The remainder of our time together is meant for us to simply connect with one another.

The focus of this retreat is having space to really dive into the topic of vulnerability. It is a more intentional and intimate space for women to be vulnerable and share their stories. This retreat is designed for women who are looking for more, more space, more conversation, and more understanding of what it means to live a vulnerable life.
